At MEME, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
